Back in the day, I owned a 1955 Pontiac 2 dr.
I ran the guts out of it and cruised the scrap yards and
picked up a 1957 Pontiac Bonneville 347 350 hp engine.
The local Pontiac dealer still had not acknowledged the "Hot Rod"
infrastructure. I purchased a cam shaft for the Pontiac 421 HO
engine for $18.99 plus tax. Today, GM divisions rape the hot rodders.
There, I said it, and I'm not ashamed.
