So looks like i am buying a slightly used deck boat for river activities. Who does inspections in so cal. Boat has under 70 hours and on consignment by MFG with service records. Boat is clean AF but thinking better be safe.

I have my rental house in Discovery bay, California. My roof looks amazing, it is maybe 15 year old roof. I am wondering how these insurance companies determine this without even doing an inspection. They just want for us to just pop off 100k+ for new roofs? Is this a way to get out of insuring...
