i tried putting up a 25x30 steel garage a few years ago, building 20k (put up) concrete and grading 15k$ So 35k$ for building. By the time the county got done fucking me it was well over 150k$ total. They wanted solar on house and steel building, fire sprinklers on steel building and retrofit...
