I've had good luck with the pelican style boxes from Harbor Freight. you do need to put some vent holes in them as the relays do get warm. My car has a separate panel under the seat that is easily un screwed from the bottom of the car, it hinges down and is easy to get to if there was ever an issue.

Thanks EastMT, I believe you and I traded some trans parts a few years back and had some good calls on Honda parts or suspension. the little box on below the radiator is a Pro-Taper hour meter, this is made for dirt bikes and uses vibration to clock actual run hours, these are pretty inexpensive...

Thanks! Flat panels we can do, we have a 5ft sheer and bead roller. we can probably pull off a hood and may make a deal on the first one since we'd be learning.

Toyhaulers That Fit Long Travel Sandrails

I had a FS3400 bumper pull, it fit a 4 seat Buggy Works backed in with 2 dirt bikes pretty easily with the 17ft open layout. I had to back in and get the rear loading tires all the way to the cabinets, engine cage between fridge and counter. I did have to change to some narrower headers. This...

    ww tongue weight?

I had a 07 FSW 34 that measured 42' from ball to rear. I hung a load cell from my forklift and the actual tongue weight was 2550 with roughly 100 gallons of water, no sand car or dirt bikes. In the 6 years I owned it I went thru 2 class 5 truck hitches due to wear in the pin and also cracked one...

    What Batteries do you run?

on my 4th season with a red top, never charge it, rarely start it between trips. way better than the 2 little guys that were in the rear. to make it fit and accessible I did have to re-locate battery to in front of passenger foot well, that allowed me to put a master switch under dash that I...

I put some Mickey Thompson tubes in and never looked back. was tired of the leaking and checking PSI every morning, my new Blaster 33's actually leaked around some of the lettering and it didn't matter what combo of chemicals I tried. cleaning the goop up off the floor of my trailer when the...

Whats a COMPLETE Turbo Honda setup worth?

My car feels about the same, exact off power, on power it has more push than I like. I do have a sway bar and that was a game changer, definitely the best modification I made. Was able to soften the bypasses to make the chop more tolerable and not get body roll.
