Dropped the car off at Podium on Tuesday, and they got to work on it right away. Was a pleasure meeting with Brian and saw his new shop, He is a great guy and I am excited to see what he comes up with.
Mine is a carbon fibre body with windshield that was either painted with flames or wrapped with flames (not sure since i havent taken the top wrap off) and now has the red wrap on it, but the roof is tin. No wing though.
Nothing major until the offseason, thats when ill be doing the new body and interior, tearing the car back down to the frame and powdercoating. Ill be back in glamis for thanksgiving and hopefully doing a shock tune with Shocktalk during that time as well.
Dardan Tuned just set up the no-lift-shift in my car last night. Holley dominator ECU, Drive by wire throttle body, Weddle S5D trans, SCU shifter with built in strain gauge. Looking forward to trying it out next week.
We were at the Dyno late last night at Dardan Tuned. I highly recommend Dardan to anyone looking for a Dyno and tune guy. He was working with us past midnight last night. He also tuned our No-Lift-Shift set up and drive by wire. We hit 950 Wheel horsepower and 800 pound feet of torque at 14...
It never goes as easy as you think it will. We had a wiring nightmare and ended up having to overnight a new holley wiring harness. We had to reschedule the dyno to tomorrow, but SHE IS ALIVE
