    Sway bar Question

Made a huge difference on the car. No the sway bar was not too large. Rockwood is accurate in that running the sway bar reversed is much trickier on the angles. If you mount the sway bar in your original location, the 2 arms stay in more of a parallel motion and much easier to set up.

    Sway bar Question

I called Speedway and a guy called me back and said they are taking phone orders. No idea on timelines but they said they are taking orders and are in business. New company name is Mead Performance.

    2d Shift Shaft Support

Less is more. I like it. Simple and wont interfere with removing the shaft from nosecone or reinstalling the tranny.

    The official Honda Thread

I would choose the turbo that spools earlier. I am rarely over 5500rpm.

    The official Honda Thread

What you are suggesting to do would be okay for a non turbo pump gas application. If you go turbo or E85 I suggest modifying the fuel system. #8 fuel line from tank and get rid of the piggyback fuel lines to the fuel rails. You want each fuel rail getting supplied with it's own fuel line from...

    How to bleed cutting brakes?

Getting the air out of the system can be a total Beotch. I have battled this on a couple cars after adding turn brakes. Traditional bleeding will never work. You need to use a pressure bleeder. I drilled my cap and installed a fitting that installs to the pressure bleeder I built. I add roughly...

Lessons Learned from a Life-Threatening Accident

Was he wearing a helmet? If he was not, do you think just a helmet would have prevented his injuries? Or he was wearing a helmet and he was not wearing a neck restraint that caused his injuries? I just started wearing a helmet in my rail but no neck restraint. Been on my mind about shopping...

    Rear hub upgrade

Rbp micro super 99 uses the timken 515006 bearing. They are very affordable. The OD of the wheel flange needs to be turned down to fit in the rotor hat. But the question remains if the 3.90 timken bearing can handle the big 36" tire. All of my experience has been with a 33 sand blaster size...

    Rear hub upgrade

But the 3.90" bearing and a huge 36" size paddle and how heavy of a car???

    Rear hub upgrade

The problem is the 3.60" size bearing. Regardless of spline the 3.60" size bearing is the weak link. Big upgrade from the 3.6 to the 3.9 bearing.

    Rear hub upgrade

I agree with the Gear One customer service and quality. I had a old set of Mid boards and they helped me get them back in action. Only compliant is it cost as much as a new micro stub kit would have been to rebuild them. Curious how many people have wiped out the larger 33 spline micro stub...
