I might be biased as I love my KTM, but consider a 500exc. I've done 100+ mile dual sport runs, taken it to Glamis, track. Very capable bike.

Commute to work on the Harley (~40mpg). Take a few fukitol pills when I have to drive the Jeep (13mpg).

Everything still needs to get done. The damn river keeps calling me back. Last river trip next weekend, then prep for desert. At least I finally took my daughter's KX into the shop. After many attempts I Couldn't figure out what the problem is. 🤷🏻.

I hear ya, but when the water and a private beach is a 2 minute walk away it's hard to drive anywhere. We get on the water by 7 am and usually get a couple hours of fun in before the water is fuqed. Then a lil sunset session. Anything in between is a bonus.

Picked up a '91 650 sx stand up for my youngest daughter. Cleaned up some wiring issues and should be ready to hit Parker Fri morning. Everything goes well it's back again for Labor day.
