Well said ChEFF. These “activists” think they are above the law due to their deranged views of society. Most people respect and obey laws and those who are here to enforce them. Then you have those who have never followed the law and expect the world to conform to their twisted beliefs.

Carl is relentless in his pursuit of the corruption in California government. He’s put up with a lot of crap about his personal life but he keeps the pressure on Sacramento. Reform California is his organization and they are doing a fantastic job.

School Districts in California are paid by the state for average daily attendance. So they are not in any hurry to report possible students who are here unlawfully. This just adds to the problem.
