Trailer Dolly - Can anyone use it?

My pops put this together with some spare material he had laying around and passed it off to me and I strapped a winch to it to move my boats around. Unfortunately it doesn’t want to push my 7k pound boat up my steep driveway. Might work for pushing a lighter flatbed around on flatter ground. Would like to just get back a little money for the price of the some of the parts. Say $100? Won’t come with a battery though. Located in Costa Mesa. Can bring it to the dunes next weekend

I had a client sell me his trailer dolly for $300. Ot retailed for over $1k. Sold it to a buddy in Vegas and he loves it. If I had a need for this I'd snatch it up.
