Toyhaulers Light vs Standard?

Pro's and cons of a "light" toyhauler vs a standard weight?  I've seen a couple of the Weekend Warrior Lite's but wondering if they have more maintenance issues?  Less insulation?  What makes them light and what are they lacking in lieu of weight loss?

The weekend warrior super lights had holes cut out of the frame. Not really sure what other manufacturers did.

Any reason as to why your looking for a lite trailer now? Your truck is more than capable to tow just about anything you want.

I'm not looking for a lite, but a couple have come up in my area, in my cost range and size requirements.  Just curious what's the physical difference is.  I assume some sort of corners are cut.

I personally don’t like the idea of superlights unless you need one. But I definitely wouldn’t get a weekend warrior super light, at least not the bumper pulls. 

As mentioned the holes in the frame. Buddy has one and it seems pretty flimsy. When he goes over bumps you can see the tongue flex pretty obviously, and he only hauls a couple bikes in it so it’s not overloaded. 

Not sure if the WW light 5ers or other brand light weights are any better.

Had a Front Sleeper 23' Super light and never had any  "frame issues". Towed it down the old wash road with WD hooked up many times.  The only issues I had were not because of it being a SL they were just RV issues or tire issues. 

What are the differences. Well to save weight they make them narrower. They carry less water and have smaller holding tanks.  Sure they also have the frame lightened, but your not getting much more than two or three quads in 98% of them. Mine even though was a 23' trailer only would hold max 2 full sized quads.  Would sleep 6 but only enough toys for two.
