I love how the Space X nerds describe the fuck ups. This one was "failure of key internal software services that operate the core network". When their rocket blew up a few weeks ago on the launch pad, it was described as a "major anomaly"

I assume their CA or similar type service had an issue. These things happen.
After action report it, learn, and move on. No big deal in the grand scheme of things.
