Pull to tighten belts / sewn in pads

We just switched over to the 2-inch Impact with cam lock no pads, moved away from the suspension seats and went with OMP WRC-R high containment seat, was going to go with Sparco but just felt comfier in the OMP, got rid of the seat slider and went fixed mount too. we were moving around too much and were getting more fatigue with suspension seats and 3-inch belts with pads, constantly having to tighten the belts up.

What type of seats are you running? Jason had the impact pull up to tighten in the new 2 seater and they seemed pretty easy to adjust, but that was with the jet trim seats. Not sure what the other car with the sparco seats has for belts.

I have PRP alpha composite seats, similar to a sparco.
