Propane off or on when traveling?

So do you leave yours on or shut it off. According to this gal at about 14:20 of the video it is actually illegal in certain cases. I have always had mine on with a propane fridge. I'm not sure my ice cream would make it from Phoenix to glamis shut off for 4 hours. LOL.

I now it is illegal, mine stays on,
In Nevada to tow a 5th wheel over 10k you also need a class A license, I do not know one person with that license, I do not have one,
and the speed limit is 70mph i tow at 75-80mph,

So i am all kind of Illegal
