So I'm thinking outside the box a little bit. Thinking about retiring in 6 months. Tired of all the b*******. So right now I have a diesel pusher and an open trailer that I haul the sand rail on. I want to replace my truck with a late model Chevy truck. I was going to buy a 6.2 gas engine. Want to be able to haul some heavier loads than the Honda Ridgeline that I have. But we also want to do some traveling in the motorhome and got to thinking when we get to our location it's hard to move around without having a car. Don't really want to haul a car on a trailer behind the motorhome or at least the coach that I have. It just has the Little cat 3126 in it. So I was thinking if I upgraded my truck and got into a Duramax and then bought a toy hauler. And then I don't know if we could get my wife's Audi TT inside a toy hauler. That car is only 3,000 lb but I'm not sure about the ground clearance. I would assume with the right ramps. Then we could travel anywhere and unload the car and poke around. Anyone else doing this?
