Don't let Calif DMV know that it has "living space", fridg, stove, gray and black tanks etc. Ovet 16' long and you'll not only loose the PTI registration but they will be looking for back registration fees from ya ( unless Calif has changed things in the last few years on PTI reg.)
Good looking hauler at a fair price though
