This was a Toyota held press introduction when the FJ was introduced to the public. I was invited along to Gorman offroad park to run the FJ through some admittedly minor tests. I had my Tacoma TRD offroad along also and the FJ handily outperformed it on some of the 4x4 trails. 

My old 08. It has 4 doors and is heavy so not super friendly as a toad but damn, it four wheeled good. These also became super expensive for what they are (V8 4runner) because they somehow became popular for overlanding. 

The 1 is cool just about anywhere but up above San Francisco is epic! We made it to Fort Bragg.

Same. I haven't found the funnel that is a do all. Small ones fit almost everywhere but you don't want an oil change taking an hour. I have 6 and use them all. Don't forget these nifty inventions for when nothing else works because an engineer wanted to flex his autocad skills. ...

My electric lawn equipment was great with one caveat at the end.    This house was a 12K sq/ft lot. The weedwacker was the most powerful 2 line trimmer that makita made at the time. Lithium batteries and brushless motors are the key. The trimmer handled grass, even wet grass with no problems...

You wouldn't have that problem had you gone with one of these bad boys. 

I just ordered the new2023 prius w/awd-e. Not only has it become good looking but received a 75 horsepower upgrade. It appears Toyota has addressed everything that owners and critics didn't like. It should arrive in April.

Paddles: I used to tell new riders that a 450 was best with a 10 paddle in my opinion. Gets the front end up right now. 8 paddles work just fine also. They have more slip so you have to tug on the bars to get the front end up. I felt that there was no sense bringing an open class bike to glamis...
