If true, strange that Pennsylvania is not under $3. They are home to a couple big players in the C-store game.

Pennsylvania is the home of the Wawa chain, top 10 (#8))in number of stores. Also, Sheetz, which is just shy of the top 10 chains with regard to number of stores. They are much like QT (#7) for the guys not familiar with the east coast...
