I live in So-Cal (near Edwards AFB). My neighbor does auto glass, however I'm not sure if he does custom glass cutting. If i have to travel to get it done so be it. I used to live in AZ and have lots of friends there to visit!! one way or another I'll have to get it done. Thanks Again.

Thanks for the info! I will make the window frame myself. Then see who can cut and install the glass. If it gets too difficult I will just make a flat one and try to do it all myself. I have a bunch of stuff to do to the car before it is dune ready. Hopefully it’ll be ready for next season!

What windshield fits in your window frame? I'm assuming you built the frame built to fit a specific one. I just picked up a 2006 Desert Dynamics Sand Works (as far as I can tell) and the wife wants a windshield put in it. I'll put a flat one in if I have to, but I like the curved ones better...

Been a minute since I posted an update. After my huge oversight with the steering box. Still can’t believe I missed that!! Anyway I got a new steering rack, got the a-arms tacked up. Designed the new bulk head for the new steering rack and purchased the motor even though I’m not ready for it...

We made three trips this year, RZR worked good for all three trips no issues at all. Season is over for us but looking forward to next year. Might have the sandrail ready for next season also!  See you all out there next season!!

Been lazy about posting what got done last weekend,  I machined some tapered mounts for the A-arms and got them welded in.  Probably not going to gonna have time to work on it too much this weekend. 

A little more done today. We cut out the bulkhead plate for the inner suspension mounts the other day. We got a couple bars tac'd in.  Not sure if we'll work on it tomorrow or not but at least we got some done today!!

We got a few tubes out of the way today.  Hopefully we can get a few tubes back in place tomorrow.  Finally got the plasma table up and running, that will make cutting the bulkhead for the steering rack etc. much easier!  He loves having his picture taken!!

My son and I got the car mostly disassembled today!
