Think one factor is younger generation hate the wealthy and think they shouldnt have to work hard to have basics.They think the rich should pay more and like to see them suffer. Problem is the rich are still going to be rich the ones who think they should have the government give them money...

No but I like the location. I go for the jet ski regatta in June and alot of us stay at lapaz. Plus I like the area so it fits well.
