Just as the title says. Which Constitutional "Rights" do you not care about or don't support?

A lot of US Citizens and "people" in the US do not truly understand their Rights. I have seen the watering down of Rights, the abuse of Rights and the flat out ignorance of Rights. Bottomline, most people are stupid and don't understand. Here is my list.

- You cannot convince me that "Freedom of Speech" gives you some Right to say whatever you want without consequence. So tired of people hiding behind this. This includes freedom of the press. Fucking these people if they won't report the unbiased truth. They should lose their FCC license and right to call themselves "News". They should be labeled for entertainment purposes only unless they actually report the whole truth.
- Protesting. This is my least favorite and absolutely do not support protesting. It's annoying, a general waste of time and a complete inconvenience to others. It has become an excuse to riot, loot, and be held accountable for one's actions. Even when protesting "meant" something (civil rights movement, anti war, etc...) I still never supported it. Get out, educate people, write your elected officials, run for office, be constructive and do something of value. Throwing a sign in front of people and obstructing their freedom for yours is a crime and should be punished as such. I fully support what FL and OK have done with protecting people running these people over. I wish this was a 50 state law. ZERO Empathy for those that get injured or dying blocking other's freedoms.
- Birthright Citizenship. This should be removed. It's not written well, gets abused by illegals and birth tourists. AND...quite honestly, most Americans do not value being American. You should have to earn Citizenship through 2 years of service to America (civicly, socially or militarily). We should have "residency" and "citizenship" classifications. You can still be born here and stay here...but not receive benefits that citizens get by earning their citizenship. I have a whole manifesto on this.
- Civil Service protections, elected official protections...scrap all this bullshit.
- Rewrite the 9th Amendment. This is too vague and needs more definition.
- Rewrite the 27th Amendment. This is also too vague. Congress should not get paid unless they balance budgets, pay down the debt and actually fucking serve America and the American people.

And I think we can all agree, we need to rethink the 19th Amendment....joking....kind of...
 
As George Carlin once said: “Rights aren't rights if someone can take them away. They're privileges. That's all we've ever had in this country is a bill of temporary privileges.”
 
The only thing I currently care about is Term Limits. It needs to be instituted and get rid of these career politicians. That is the only true way of draining the swamp. It should also include limiting their benefits from service. There is no way a politician should be entitled to their salary for life just because they served.
 
These days, the 4th Amendment. I have a friend, who was born here, but is brown (Argentinian family). Doesn't speak Spanish and travels the world for business and fun and is constantly overseas. Couple weeks back, he's coming home from Europe and has a layover in NYC. Customs decides they need to see his phone and basically threatens to delay his layover and miss his connecting flight unless he opens it for them. 2 hours later they let him go. A fucking American Citizen carrying his passport.

It's a slippery slope though. What will the other side decide they don't like and have no use for? The important ones no doubt.
 
None of them until they’re properly amended or rescinded via The Constitution.

It’s our govt. Sometimes you don’t like the decisions, but as long as the process is followed, it’s what we have and the best of the shitty ways to rule humans.

What I don’t like are the numerous overreaches of the Fed that either skirt the intent of that tattered piece of paper, or outright ignore it.

What I don’t like even more is Congress not doing shit to correct any of this, but instead grandstanding and “getting arrested” for the cameras while sitting around and doing fuckall.

Also: this current Chinese menu action of nearly everyone Left and Right. “Not my president” is a strong sentiment everywhere. I get it, you don’t like the guy. You shouldn’t root for him to fail unless it’s outside the bounds of the above. We’re ripping this country apart, and yes, those on the Left seem more wont to do this.

Term limits won't mean shit unless the re-work fundraising and limit exposure to lobbyist's. If we get a new group every few years in political service, it won't do any good if the people who just termed out are now a lobbyist or stay on as an "Advisers". You will also find that 99.9% of the people who are for term limits usually are fine with the people they elected into office, it's just all the rest of the people serving.

I think campaign finance reform would be a better form of getting better people into office. If we limited the amount of money they could spend on getting elected and who could donate to get somebody elected we would get rid of a lot of the career politicians

Private funding only, with a reasonable cap. No corporations or unions or PACs or whatever the fuck else.

I am so sick on the leftist obstruction and destruction tactics disrupting the country and not giving MY President a chance. Off fuck sake...give him a chance at least. They ruined the first 4 years. How can we all be on the same plane and 50% of the passengers want the plane to crash because they hate the pilot? Fuckers...you're on that plane too.

This is why I fully support removing Rights, instituting Martial Law, etc... I fully support the president using the National Guard and active military. "How can you shot America Citizens?..." You aim for the pronouns! I have ZERO fucking compassion or empathy for mankind anymore. I want peace, order, a common pride in our country. I want a National identity and rules, laws and regulations establishing and protecting that. I don't fucking care if it excludes your made up beliefs or interferes with you playing dress up.

There needs to be a police force that monitors and keeps Congress in line. I'm tired of these fuckers making laws, regulations, etc...and never once following them, themselves. They should be held to a higher standard. I want to see these people in jail. I'm tired of the rightwing conspiracy theories...."OH...it's coming!" Fuck those people too. It's not coming and hasn't. Stop blindly following people only because they claim to be conservative.

AND...take back ALL land that has been sold to foreign interest. Start revoking citizenships given to people that have proven to be bad actors. AND...stop saying "We can't do that..." The fuck yes we can!

I want speed and violence. I want it so fast and so bad that no one will dare speak out for a 100 years. I'll be dead by then and then they can do whatever they fuck they want.

If you go into politics and hit your term limit...then you CANNOT be a lobbyist, consultant, adviser, period for at least 4-8 years (time for the next elected official to be given a chance). If you break any laws...banned from it for life.

This does lead into the campaign finance reform. Money to the campaign goes to marketing only. No buying endorsements, no buying Hollywood commercials or actors to push your message. No paying people off. harris blew through 1.5 BILLION! She bought people, paid people off, used it for shadow ops....fucking criminal.

They ONLY reason I don't support term limits...is what if my current elected official is killing it AND...is still the best choice. I should be able to keep them. Look at a lot of the new meat getting into the game. Fucking idiots. AOC, crockett, etc... If you only have new, radical choices, and your experienced person that is doing a good job can't run. That's a fucked choice. But still...voters are basically stupid.

That's another thing...voting should not be a Right. You should have to qualify to vote in an election. Study up, take a test...etc...You should have to show that you understand what you are voting for.

I want none of this, as it's gonna get abused when the masses lean the other direction. I don't want "my president" skirting any of these laws as it'll just be a roadmap for the next one. This will escalate until one of them figures out enough skirting to stay in power and we're forced to remove him.

It won't be pretty, so it's time to stop. Call a spade a spade, not justify it in your own head because it's "your president".

This isn't aimed at you, but the country in general, especially those in each party's bases. People are rooting for D or R like it's a goddamned sports team.
